Larger boards or boards with more exotic woods would increase the price of the product.

Care and maintenance
Congratulations on your purchase from Stack Woodwork. You will find that, unlike mass produced products, this product will stand the test of time. Please be sure to keep this instruction sheet and refer to it often to avoid damaging your product.
WARNING
This product is NOT dishwaher safe. Placing this product in the dishwasher will strip the product of its finish and will dry out the wood. This can cause the boards to crack, split, splinter, warp, or break.
Although this product is food safe and can be used regularly, I have a few suggestions to help increase the life of the product.
- If using the product to cut meats, poultry, and fish remember to care for this product more frequently.
- Wash this product without soap as often as possible without contaminating food.
- Use a food safe mineral oil or wax to maintain and care for the product regularly.
Check the product before and after each use to ensure it is not drying out. If it is drying out, apply a coat of food safe finish.
Apply a thin coat of food safe finsh after every two weeks to ensure the wood stays conditioned.
Twice a year you should take time to apply multiple coats of food safe finish without use.
